DIGIFOL® –
DIGITAL SMART WINDOW FILM
The DIGIFOL®– also known as smart film or intelligent film – is a layer, preferably attached to a glass or plexi surface, which provides multifunctional benefits for the partitioning system.
One of the layers of the smart film is a conductive polymer, named Poly(3,4-Ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT)-film, which is well suited for expanding the features of glass or plexi surfaces in terms of its electrochemical properties. When electric current is applied, the surface of the film, which resembles milk glass film, becomes almost water-clear, therefore providing the required transparency or opacity.
DigiFol smart film can be retrofitted to glass surfaces that offers multifunctional advantages in applied partitioning.
